Every hearing aid fitting includes real-ear measurement, and concierge audiology visits are arranged by phone.

Dr. Naizam, Au.D., CCC-A, is a licensed clinical audiologist who sees patients at both clinics. Dr. Katherine Andreadis also sees patients at Forest Hills. The team provides care for adults and children ages six and older, with real-ear measurement at every hearing aid fitting.
The practice is independent and works with all major hearing aid manufacturers, including care for devices purchased elsewhere. Support continues after fitting, with care matched to your devices and purchase agreement. Concierge audiology visits are available by phone arrangement and are charged separately.
Every hearing aid fitting is checked with real-ear measurement. A small probe microphone measures the sound reaching your ear so your audiologist can adjust the hearing aid to your measured needs. Speech mapping helps show how speech is delivered across frequencies.
Hearing a sound and understanding a conversation are different experiences. When clinically indicated, speech-in-noise testing helps assess speech understanding with background sound, including where auditory processing difficulties are suspected. It is selected as part of your assessment, rather than performed automatically at every visit.
