Our Adoption Plan is designed especially for individuals who have obtained their hearing aids from various sources and now seek professional help to tailor them precisely to their unique hearing needs.

Inclusions in the Adoption Plan

The plan encompasses an array of services, ensuring your hearing aids perform to their maximum potential:

Transfer of Care (Annual Fee: $500 per Aid):

Comprehensive in-office appointments
BTE retubing
Meticulous cleaning and preventive checkups of hearing aids
Detailed reprogramming (including a hearing test)
Necessary hearing aid supplies (batteries, domes, wax guards, etc.)
Provision of loaner hearing aids
In-house repairs for your convenience

À la Carte Services (Pay per Service): This flexible option allows you to pay for specific services as needed. These include:

In-office appointments ($75 per 30 minutes)
BTE retubing ($25 per aid)
Hearing aid cleaning and preventive checks ($25 per visit)
Reprogramming with a hearing test ($300 per aid)
Varied hearing aid supplies (ranging from $10 to $150)
Loaner hearing aids ($275)
In-house repairs ($50 to $300)

Exclusive Upgrade Opportunity

Unique to our plan is the end-of-year upgrade option. If you’ve invested $994 or more throughout the year in our services, you’re eligible to upgrade your existing hearing aids. This spent amount will be credited toward the purchase of new aids from our select manufacturers, including Starkey, Widex, Oticon, Phonak, and Unitron.
