ZN Audiology’s Adoption Plan is designed for people who obtained hearing aids elsewhere and want professional help tailoring them to their hearing needs. We provide ongoing care for your hearing aids and support as your needs change.
What the care plan can include
- In-office appointments and hearing aid checks
- Cleaning and preventive maintenance
- Behind-the-ear tubing replacement
- Reprogramming, including a hearing assessment where needed
- Hearing aid supplies such as batteries, domes and wax guards
- Loaner hearing aids
- In-house repairs
Individual services and ongoing support
If you need help with a particular issue, we also offer individual appointments for cleaning, programming, supplies and repairs. Your audiologist can discuss the care your hearing aids need and the options available to you.
Talk with us about your hearing aids
Bring your existing hearing aids and tell us about the listening situations you find difficult. We can assess them and discuss fitting, adjustments and ongoing support.
