ZN Audiology has two New York clinics. The Forest Hills office is at 112-15 72nd Road, Suite LL4, Forest Hills, NY 11375, serving Queens. The Brooklyn office is at 1389 East 18th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11230, in Midwood, serving Sheepshead Bay, Marine Park, Brighton Beach and the surrounding neighbourhoods.

ZN Audiology is owned and led by Dr. Zarina Naizam, Au.D., CCC-A, a licensed clinical audiologist who practices at both clinics. Dr. Katherine Andreadis, Au.D., CCC-A, also sees patients at the Forest Hills office. Both are audiologists rather than hearing aid dispensers.

Speech-in-noise testing assesses how well you understand speech with background sound. At ZN Audiology it is part of a hearing assessment when clinically indicated, including when difficulties understanding speech or possible auditory processing difficulties need further assessment. It can be useful even when a standard hearing test shows normal hearing thresholds. Your audiologist decides which tests are appropriate for you.

Yes. ZN Audiology performs real-ear measurement at every hearing aid fitting, with speech mapping as part of verification. This verifies what the device is actually delivering inside your ear canal rather than relying on the manufacturer first-fit setting. It is the professional standard for verified fitting and not every provider performs it.

ZN Audiology provides pediatric hearing evaluations for children and young people ages six and older at its Brooklyn and Forest Hills clinics. The appointment uses age-appropriate methods to assess hearing, explain the results and discuss hearing aids or an onward referral when needed. Tell the clinic your child’s age when booking.

Yes. ZN Audiology provides concierge audiology visits across Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan and Long Island for patients who cannot travel to a clinic. Concierge audiology visits cover diagnostic evaluation, hearing aid fitting and programming, repairs and follow-up adjustment. An in-home hearing evaluation costs $350. Every concierge audiology visit carries a separate charge and is outside the hearing aid care bundle. Concierge audiology visits are not covered by insurance. Call the office to arrange your visit and confirm fees for fitting, adjustments or other services.

Yes. ZN Audiology repairs and services all makes and models, including devices bought elsewhere. Work includes receiver and microphone replacement, tubing and filter changes, moisture damage and reprogramming when hearing changes. You do not need to be an existing patient. Some work can be done in office; other repairs go to the manufacturer. Charges apply for this service. Please contact the office for pricing and details.

ZN Audiology offers Russian- and Greek-speaking care, as well as Spanish interpretation. Please tell the office your preferred language when booking so the appropriate audiologist or interpreter can be arranged for your appointment.
